How many armed guards are employed by nuclear power plants?
Seeing what damage knocking out the cooling pumps can do to a nuclear reactor is there provision to repel a determined terrorist attack (20-30 armed perps) whose aim is to blow all the cooling structures if it is indeed impossible to blow up the containment vessel?
