What's to treat/ cure hyperhydrosis?

Im 13 and I sweat more than normal in my hands an underarms. Are there any ways to help? I can't afford Botox to stop it. I feel embarrassed to wear shirts with sleeves because of the stains. Any ideas on how to help?!!
