Why does the FDA decide whats best for us?

Yeah we all know we get food additives put into our food to preserve them so containments won't get in! Well I hope most of us know that for sure! Why do they do that!? There really is barely anymore choices in choosing organic or raw foods, but you would have to go in a farther reach in where you live to obtain that healthy and golden opportunity. I mean our food has coloring, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavoring and a whole bunch of chemicals that is wrong for our system. We weren't made to function like that, also what gets me is that the FDA has vested interest with drug companies. I mean look at us now we are fat more than ever from the past decades. This nation is crumbling to the grounds the way I see it. As well as the rise of diseases such as cancer! May well be it acne too haha still this is no laughing matter! So is it true or just a big conspiracy theory I hate conspiracies I want exposure! They obviously underly the problems to make us think junk food is good for us, mans best friend and the populace are eating it, like they say if you can't beat them join them? Well it goes more like if everyone is doing it you should too! Thats there motto! Why continue this we should outlive our parents right!? If any has seen super size me I recommend you watch that and from the farm-to-the fridge! Those are good movies! I'm not a vegan, I like my beef and broccoli, my nationality is Mexican descent I eat foods only from what my Mom makes best cook (personal opinion) and what she brings home from the grocery and the store markets, I would say 60% is junk! But now I see what some of this can do, I want a healthy lifestyle now its a smart choice in my opinion! Also I see my friends eat so much junk food, and I get acne too I know the cause of acne its food! What goes in must come out now I got a clear face! I thank my body for giving me that clear message, but why do they not get acne and I do? Is it because our bodies function differently we are all unique! It all corresponds back to what the FDA decides for us you can't make us robotic we are all human! Yes I do go out much, but I'm an artist and I question and think to much on my mind!
