Why would my girlfriend ask me to buy an extension for my penis?

She recently asked me if I would be okay with getting one of those sleeves that you put over your penis and it has like an extra few inches on it. My penis is a good size, about 4.5 inches and maybe as thick as the top of a beer bottle. What should I say to her about this?
